SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping:
- Orders within Kenya will be processed and shipped within 24 hours within weekdays and 48 hours within weekends from order placement.
- We offer DoorStep delivery for domestic delivery.
- Shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination of the order.
International Shipping:
- We ship to East, West and Southern African countries.
- International shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, destination, and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
- Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on the destination country's customs procedures.
Order Tracking:
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment

Eligibility:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of the order's delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Process:

- We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange.
- We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request.
